Problem: A local auto repair shop was manually writing receipts, then re-entering them after hours, wasting time and leaving room for errors.


Solution: Oen redesigned the workflow, replacing manual receipts with direct system entry. To keep service fast, we built canned notes for common repairs and trained staff on the new process. Later, we replaced their outdated system entirely with a custom web-based platform tailored to their needs.


Impact (KPIs): Thousands of dollars saved monthly, faster customer turnaround, and a system that eliminated after-hours data entry.
